Our cutting-edge solutions empower organizations to safeguard their most critical assets, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats.\nWe are looking for a DevOps Team Leader (Core Team) to drive our DevOps vision, infrastructure strategy, engineering productivity, and operational excellence across the organization.\nIn this role, you will lead a team of 6 DevOps engineers and work closely with R&D teams to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure and development platforms.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role with significant technical ownership and cross-organizational impact.\nThe role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence one day per week in Rehovot and one day per week in Tel Aviv.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive the TechOps and DevOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across the organization\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain shared and cross-team DevOps platforms and infrastructure solutions\n\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers\n\nOwn and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment processes, and developer tooling\n\nPartner with R&D teams to improve developer experience, engineering productivity, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency\n\nDrive high standards of reliability, scalability, availability, observability, security, and operational readiness\n\nOwn and evolve monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response capabilities\n\nProvide technical leadership and influence cross-team infrastructure and architectural decisions\n\nIdentify infrastructure bottlenecks and operational risks and drive improvements from design through production\n\nEstablish reusable solutions, automation, and standards to reduce operational overhead across engineering teams\n\nParticipate in production incident handling and continuously improve operational processes based on lessons learned\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 2 years of managerial experience.\n\nAt least 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering infrastructure and DevOps projects end-to-end from scratch.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS, including technologies such as EKS, IAM, CloudFront, RDS, MSK, networking, and related services.\n\nStrong Kubernetes experience in production environments.\n\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.\n\nStrong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or Bash.\n\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\n\nHands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Datadog, Coralogix, and AWS CloudWatch.\n\nStrong experience with GitLab CI/CD.\n\nExperience troubleshooting complex production infrastructure and distributed systems.\n\nProven ability to take ownership and drive technical initiatives from design through production.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering teams.\n\nWillingness to participate occasionally in PagerDuty/on-call escalation as second-line production support.\n\nNice to Have:\nPrevious experience leading, mentoring, or technically guiding engineers; formal people-management experience is not required.\n\nExperience building or operating internal developer platforms or shared infrastructure services.\n\nExperience with cloud cost optimization and infrastructure capacity management.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes ecosystem tools related to GitOps, autoscaling, observability, networking, or security.\n\nExperience with Pulumi.\n\nExperience with env0 and Terragrunt.\n\nWhy Join Us:\nTake a key leadership role while remaining deeply hands-on technically.\n\nLead and grow a core infrastructure team with broad organizational impact.\n\nOwn critical areas of cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, delivery platforms, and production operations .\n\nInfluence technical standards and architecture across multiple R&D teams.\n\nWork in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment using modern infrastructure and DevOps technologies.\n\nThales, champions inclusion and we believe diversity strengthens the fabric of our culture.
