We look forward to meeting you!\nAs an Engineering Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in the successful execution of customer projects involving advanced mobile radar systems. Acting as the central interface between engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, customers, and external partners, you will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of innovative solutions that meet demanding operational and technical requirements.\nYour Mission:\nLead the engineering execution of customer projects involving advanced mobile radar systems, ensuring successful delivery from development through to customer acceptance.\nManage and coordinate engineering work packages across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery milestones, quality targets, and customer expectations are met.\nPlan, prioritize, and oversee engineering activities, resources, schedules, and technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. \nProvide engineering leadership and coordination across internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external partners.\nEnsure effective configuration management and technical governance throughout project execution.\nDrive compliance with established hardware, software, and systems engineering development processes, standards, and quality requirements.\nIdentify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies to support successful project outcomes.\nMonitor engineering performance, including technical progress, schedule adherence, cost tracking, and forecasted completion costs.\nPrepare and present project and engineering status updates to customers, management, and key stakeholders.\nWe are looking for:\nExtensive professional experience in engineering management, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries, within international customer projects.\nProven experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling engineering activities, including resource management and cost estimation.\nSolid understanding of relevant defense or aerospace standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810H.\nExperience within mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering domains (plus).\nPrevious exposure to complex system integration or radar-related projects.\nStrong customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to provide leadership and influence across cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.\nAbility to balance technical, operational, and commercial objectives in a dynamic project environment.\nProfessional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.\nThe Group invests more than €4,5 billion per year in Research & Development in key areas, particularly for critical environments, such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum and cloud technologies.\nIn 2025, the Group generated sales of €22.1 billion.\nFor our more than 85,000 employees in 65 countries we open up visionary perspectives, realise individual career paths and enable creative freedom.
