The position provides technical coordination and leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, audit readiness, legal conformity, emergency preparedness, and achievement of HSE and Quality System objectives.\nThe role also acts as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulatory entities, and management teams, ensuring timely reporting, action plan follow-up, and sustainable compliance with corporate, legal, and customer requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLegal Compliance Management\nEnsure compliance with applicable HSE, environmental, occupational health, energy, and quality-related legal requirements, including identification of obligations, inspection readiness, follow-up of findings, and closure of action plans.\nLegal compliance rate; number of overdue legal actions; inspection findings closure rate; zero major legal non-compliances.\nIntegrated Audit Management\nPlan, coordinate, and follow up internal and external audits for the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timely closure of findings.\n100% audit program execution; audit finding closure rate; on-time action plan completion; zero major audit non-conformities.\nHSE Site Strategy and Operations\nCoordinate HSE programs, operational controls, prevention activities, and improvement initiatives to ensure effective implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements across the site.\nLTI-FR vs target; occupational disease rate; HSE objectives achievement; safety action closure rate; environmental incident rate.\nManagement System Certification and Deployment\nEnsure the integrity, implementation, maintenance, and certification readiness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Clean Industry, and IATF 16949 management systems.\nCertification status maintained; zero major non-conformities; successful surveillance/recertification audits; management system compliance rate.\nManagement Review and Performance Reporting\nConsolidate and communicate management system, HSE, and compliance performance to site leadership and relevant stakeholders, ensuring visibility of risks, results, and improvement priorities.\nOn-time reporting completion; management review effectiveness; KPI visibility; escalation timeliness.\nEmergency Preparedness and Brigade Coordination\nCoordinate emergency response protocols, site brigade structure, drills, and related preparedness activities to ensure readiness and compliance with site requirements.\nEmergency drill compliance; brigade readiness; emergency action closure rate; response protocol effectiveness.\nInternal Auditor Team Coordination\nCoordinate the internal auditor team, including planning, capability development, assignment of audits, and follow-up of results to strengthen audit effectiveness and system maturity.\nInternal auditor qualification compliance; audit assignment completion; audit effectiveness; auditor development progress.\nContinuous Improvement of Management Systems\nDrive improvement projects and best practices focused on strengthening the effectiveness, maturity, and performance of HSE and Quality Systems.\nImprovement projects completed; maturity progression; reduction in recurring findings; system performance improvement.\nCustomer and Quality System Focus\nEnsure that the Integrated Management System maintains customer focus and compliance with applicable customer-specific requirements related to quality systems and automotive expectations.\nCSR compliance; customer-related audit results; quality system conformity; zero customer escalations linked to system compliance.\nCross-Functional Compliance and Engagement\nWork with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and support functions to ensure effective deployment of management system requirements and site-wide compliance culture.\nCross-functional action closure rate; stakeholder engagement effectiveness; training deployment compliance; system adherence across areas.\nCompetencies: Skills, Experience and Education\nFormal Education\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.\nPostgraduate studies or specialization in HSE, Quality Systems, Energy Management, or Integrated Management Systems.\nLanguages\nFluent English.\nAdditional international audit or regulatory communication exposure.\nIT / Software\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, Intelex, and applicable systems for compliance, reporting, and management system follow-up.\nPower BI, data analytics, or advanced compliance reporting tools.\nExperience\nAt least 8 years of experience in similar positions related to HSE, Quality Systems, Integrated Management Systems, or compliance coordination.\nExperience in automotive or highly regulated industrial environments.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, legal HSE requirements, auditing, customer-specific requirements, and integrated management system deployment.\nCore Tools, Clean Industry certification, sustainability initiatives, and advanced continuous improvement methodologies.\nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
