You will be in charge of organising production/ repair activities and coordinating supplier orders to meet demand. You will be actively involved in continuous improvement.\nOUR BENEFITS\nCompetitive remuneration + Profit Share\nAnnualised Performance Review Process\nThalesFlex - Hybrid work environment\nFitness Passport Discount - Access to a network of Gyms across AUS \nEmployee discounts with a number of affiliates (Travel, Car hire, Tech, Medical Insurance)\nModernised Paid Parental LeaveVeterans Leave\nNovated Lease options\nPersonal & professional training development opportunities\nSonder - Wellbeing & Support Partner\nYOUR ROLE \nLocated in Rydalmere, on Darug land, your role purpose will be:\nDevelop and maintain production end to end plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and capacity available.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, project managers, logistics and production to ensure timely delivery of products. \nProposing and managing the planning strategy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)\nMonitoring inventory levels and make data-driven decisions.\nAttend daily KPI meetings to ensure planning is on time\nAssisting the Master Planner and Autonomous Production and/or Repair Unit (APRU) Manager in developing the Production Plan\nIdentify bottlenecks and propose appropriate solutions to address short-term disruptions\nPromoting and supporting the LEAN transformation approach\nAdjusting the Production Plan in collaboration with the Scheduler by integrating the industrial constraints; propose and manage possible alternative solutions\nABOUT YOU\nTo be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:\nYou are experienced in Supply Chain , Planning (Supply/Demand/Production)\nProficient in using Industrial information Systems (ERP/MRP/PLM)\nOracle or SAP experience are a plus.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nKnowledge of manufacturing / repair processes\nImplementation of continuous improvement tools\nAbility to act with agility and show initiative\nStrong problem-solving skills and focus on customer needs\nGOOD TO KNOW\nPrior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police and (role dependent) medical checks.
