Because of the international environment surrounding us every day, it comes as no surprise that English is our official corporate language.Goal\nWe are looking for a motivated intern with a passion for exploring how AI can support software automation testing to join us for 6 months Internship in Prague, CZ.\nYou will work closely with our product teams to:\nExperiment with cutting-edge AI tools\nApply them to Web GUI and Web Service API test generation to improve automation\nPropose improvements for our processes\nThis internship is hands-on: you’ll shadow testers, build agents based on real project context, and document results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAI for Testing\nBuild AI agents to generate functional tests, and integration tests\nReview AI-generated test cases with teams and evaluate accuracy, coverage, and maintainability and document results\nSupport the creation/integrate AI agents using MCP servers to improve development performance and software quality\nProcess Improvement\nShadow development and QA teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows (e.g., documentation, sprint summaries, reporting)\nPropose new ways to integrate AI into daily dev/test practices\nRequirements\nMust have\nKnowledge of AI (how things work - agents architecture, AI agentic, etc.)\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, context engineering\nGeneral knowledge of software engineering processes and practices\nAbility to read code in other programming languages such as JavaScript, Python\nProficiency in English (at least B2 intermediate level)\nNice to have\nUnderstanding of loop engineering\nUnderstanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP)\nExperience with code agents (Codex, Claude, Cline)\nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
