Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily / monthly goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards. Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action. Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies & procedures.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nMust be able to work in a high-paced environment. Operate card production equipment and perform related activities.\nConfirm work receipt. Formulate and implement work priority decisions.\nExceed production output and quality standards. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area. Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action. Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment.\nAwareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures. Must possess basic computer skills.\nMaintain housekeeping standards of workstation. Order supplies as needed. Attend appropriate training and meetings as required. Meet safety standards.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience\nBasic computer skills\nBasic math skills required\nGood communication skills in both written and verbal\nStrong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities\nAbility to write routine reports and correspondence\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form\nAbility to establish credibility and be decisive - but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities\nPreferred Qualifications\n1-3 years’ experience in mechanical ability\n1-3 years’ experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions\nIntermediate computer skills\nSpecial Position Requirements\nRequired to be standing and operating a machine 6+ hours a day.
