More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.Position Summary\nThis is an on-site position in Chanhassen, MN\nEssential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility\nOperate production machinery while continuously monitoring the quality of output and machine performance.\nPerform small machine adjustments using company-supplied hand tools and other supplies as needed to ensure product quality and production speed.\nProduction, Quality Inspection and Mailing of materials and finished goods\nMaintain equipment in good working order\nDocument and audit logs for production, inventory receipt of raw materials, ISO controls and finished goods\nShred destruction materials\nStock materials and preparation for production\nWeekly clean of shop floor; sweeping, trash\nResponsible and accountable for personal work time with ability to focus on details for long periods.\nAttention to punctuality, accuracy, and team orientation in work and surroundings is required.\nAssist other operators as needed, including providing machine coverage during breaks and lunch.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nReview the job sheet and approved proof for each job to determine customer specifications, such as material requirements, shipment, etc.\nCommunicate all pertinent issues as they relate to quality, production or maintenance directly to the Production Supervisor or Production manager.\nIdentify, evaluate and initiate corrective action on any aspect of machinery operations, seeking assistance or advice as needed.\nEnsure that all pertinent information related to shift carry-over, including job and machine status, is conveyed to the incoming operators during shift transitions.\nUse knowledge acquired during maintenance training and hands on experience to diagnose and repair minor, quick fix machine issues.\nProvide feedback about training and manuals.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be a US citizen or Green Card Holder\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nBasic math skills\nKnowledge of basic hand tools.\nProficiency with Microsoft office including typing and excel\nAbility to prioritize the workload\nAbility to troubleshoot routine machine issues\nAbility to accurately document check lists.\nAbility to interpret and work from established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions\nAbility to work and communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers\nTechnical Education or experience preferred\nMust be a U.S. Person able to obtain post-hire Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance from the U.S. State Department\nPreferred Qualifications\nUp to 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment\nUp to 1 years of machine or IT experience.\nExperience operating production machinery is preferred\nPhysical Demands\nPosition is located in a manufacturing environment\nExposed to a moderate noise level (though below 85 decibels)\nMust wear safety shoes if specified in the local Safety Shoe Policy\nMay require the use of additional personal protective equipment (such as safety glasses) as dictated by local policy\nMust be able to distinguish colors across the full color spectrum\nMachine operation regularly requires repetitive motion\nExcellent eye-hand coordination required\nAbility to lift up to 35 pounds required\nThis position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
