This role requires strong analytical capabilities, planning expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic engineering environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaster Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop and maintain detailed end-to-end project schedules tailored to each engineering project.\nCoordinate timelines across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Delivery teams.\nManage project dependencies and critical paths to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer commitments.\nDrive the Master Planning process for hardware engineering projects.\nResource & Capacity Planning\nAnalyze resource requirements across multiple concurrent projects.\nOptimize the allocation of workforce, equipment, facilities and materials.\nPerform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) analyses to assess resource availability and future capacity needs.\nConduct load balancing and workload leveling activities across projects and functions.\nSupport the identification of resource constraints and propose effective mitigation actions.\nMulti-Project Management & Monitoring\nMonitor the progress of multiple projects running simultaneously.\nPerform multi-project analysis across different technical disciplines and business functions.\nEvaluate risks, constraints and competing priorities to support informed decision-making.\nPrioritize projects based on delivery commitments, customer needs, resource availability and business objectives.\nEnsure planning consistency and alignment across all project portfolios.\nReporting & Stakeholder Coordination\nProvide regular project status updates to key stakeholders.\nIdentify potential delays, schedule risks and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation and recovery plans when necessary.\nSupport project teams and management in tracking project performance and delivery milestones.\nFacilitate coordination and communication across departments to ensure successful project execution.\nPlanning Tools & Methodologies\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using planning tools and methodologies.\nApply project planning techniques such as:Gantt Charts\nCritical Path Method (CPM)\nCapacity Planning\nResource Loading and Leveling\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and reporting practices.\nEducation & Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.\nMaster's Degree in Project Management, Operations Management or a related field is considered an advantage.\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nExperience in project planning, scheduling or project controls within a structured engineering, industrial or manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of project scheduling techniques, resource planning and capacity management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using planning and scheduling tools.\nKnowledge of ERP systems and project management environments.\nAdvanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDesirable\nExperience in hardware engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence or high-technology industries.\nKnowledge of:Microsoft Project\nPrimavera P6\nOther advanced planning and scheduling applications\n\nExperience conducting RCCP analysis and resource optimization activities.\nFamiliarity with portfolio or program planning environments.\nKey Competencies\nWe are looking for
