You will take part in projects and run the configuration and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure across several countries, including France, the UK, Romania and Singapore.\nThe Audiovisual Services Squad supports the business across three areas:\n Video rooms: autonomous videoconferencing systems (Cisco and Polycom codecs)\nAudiovisual: all equipment in collaborative spaces, such as screens, meeting bars, microphones, speakers and sharing systems\n MySite (Room Management System): presence sensors, a mobile app and RoomPads, the small interactive screens outside each meeting room\nKey responsibilities\nWrite user guides\nWrite support documentation\nWork closely with users, project teams and suppliers\nContribute to the deployment of the solution\nSupport the operational maintenance of the existing solution\nHandle escalated incidents as level 2 support (SN2)\nYour profile\nYou are comfortable writing documentation for end users and support teams\nYou are proficient with Excel functions\nYou work autonomously\nYou enjoy getting to the bottom of technical issues and finding solutions\nIdeally, you know a scripting language and can build tools to automate repetitive tasks\nYou understand client needs and requirements, and can discuss them in business terms\nYou can work and discuss technical topics in English; French is an advantage\nAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
