This covers personalization, packaging, fulfillment and distribution services, leveraging internal manufacturing and operational capabilities to deliver scalable, cost-effective and customer-centric solutions.\nBeyond service industrialization, the Product Manager will drive business development, market positioning and revenue growth for delivery services. This includes engaging with customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling commercial offers and representing Thales at industry events and trade shows.\nThe successful candidate will combine product management, business development and operational expertise to transform existing capabilities into profitable, scalable services that address evolving customer needs.\nMain responsibilities:\nDelivery Services Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the roadmap for Thales delivery services, covering:\nCard and token personalization.\nPackaging services.\nFulfillment and direct-to-end-user distribution.\nIndustrialize the existing personalization service in Sweden and develop a standardized, scalable offer across regions.\nIdentify new service opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.\nBusiness Development & Customer Engagement\nLeverage PAY and IBS capabilities, including personalization, manufacturing and fulfillment.\nCoordinate engineering, operations and manufacturing teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency.\nDrive synergies across sites and business units.\nOffer Management & Business Development\nDefine and maintain the service portfolio, value proposition, pricing strategy and profitability.\nDevelop business cases, revenue forecasts and scalable commercial offers, including subscription models.\nIdentify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.\nEngage directly with customers to understand their needs, present solutions and support commercial negotiations.\nIdentify and develop partnerships to expand service capabilities and market reach.\nCustomer Projects & Business Support\nLead customer-specific delivery projects, balancing customization, scalability and profitability.\nSupport Sales and Solution Engineering in customer engagements, tenders and RFPs.\nWork with Marketing to promote services and enable sales teams.\nGo-to-Market & Sales Channels\nDefine and execute go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing.\nRepresent Thales at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.\nMonitor market trends, customer expectations and competitors to identify growth opportunities.\nManage Amazon US and EU accounts and assess additional webstores or digital sales channels.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.\nSpecial skills:\nStrong business mindset with the ability to transform operational capabilities into scalable service offerings.\nExperience working with manufacturing, operations or supply chain organizations.\nStrong stakeholder management across multiple business units.\nAbility to define commercial offers, pricing and operational processes.\nExcellent communication and project coordination skills.\nExperience:\n5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Service Management, Operations, Supply Chain or a related business role.\nExperience managing operational service offerings from definition through execution.\nExperience working in international and cross-functional environments.\nExperience with personalization, fulfillment, manufacturing or secure identity products is a strong advantage.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to bridge customer requirements with operational
