You will ensure best-practice project controls are embedded, delivering clear and actionable insights that support project leadership and senior management decision-making. You will also be responsible for maintaining robust Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunities for career development and continuous learning\nThe chance to coach, mentor and support colleagues\nA collaborative environment where you can influence and improve project delivery\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement and manage project control systems across programmes and projects\nDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project baselines\nLead change control activities and ensure effective baseline management\nMonitor, analyse and report project performance, risks and trends\nProvide project controls expertise, guidance and coaching to project and bid teams\nDrive continuous improvement and share best practice across the PMO community\nSkills & Experience\nProven experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control and performance analysis within complex engineering or manufacturing environments\nExperience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Schedules and Performance Measurement Baselines\nStrong understanding of project controls, forecasting, variance analysis and governance processes\nKnowledge of project performance methodologies such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)\nProficiency with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Deltek Open Plan or Microsoft Project\nAbility to translate project data into meaningful insights to support decision-making\nThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex programmes while helping to develop project controls capability across the business.\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nDue to the nature of the work that we do at Thales, many of our roles are subject to security restrictions.
