In recent years, our innovative solutions in air traffic management systems and telecom satellites have further strengthened our presence in the country alongside our digital portfolio of solutions such as biometrics, data protection and cybersecurity now serving the needs of diverse customers in civil sectors.Main Tasks and Responsibilities\nA UiPath RPA Developer using CI/CD (GitLab) in Agile mode is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using the UiPath RPA platform while leveraging GitLab's CI/CD capabilities.\nDesign and development of strategic business automation projects:\nDesign, develop and test RPA using UiPath to automate business processes and improve efficiency\nPackage transfer via CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions.\nMonitor bot performance and make necessary adjustments.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nRPA production and platform management activities:\nCollaborate to UiPath application upgrades with infrastructure teams\nOptimize RPA RUN processes for more performance and efficiency\nEnsure compliance with RPA best practices and RPA Governance\nTroubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions\nQualification\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n6+ years of experience with UiPath for Senior RPA Developer roles.\nUiPath certifications\nExperience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control systems\nKnowledge/ Skills\nProficiency in UiPath Studio and related tools.\nStrong understanding of UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework.\nExperience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline configuration and management6.\nProgramming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.\nFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly Studio Test Module and Git.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD practices and their application to RPA development.\nPersonal Attributes\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAdaptability to new technologies and changing environments.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile team environment.\nCreative thinking and innovation in process optimization.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nSolid experience in an RPA Technical Lead role.\nAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
