Discover all Thales activities in Belgium here.\nYour mission:\nYou lead and are accountable for the contracts deliveries to reach customer satisfaction where technical, industrial, financial and time constraints demand decisive leadership.\nManage the customer relationship and ensure that the customer strategic vision and business objectives are met\nEnsure the realization and optimization of the contractual requirements (with the customers as well as with the subcontractors) in respect of budgets, quality levels, schedules and business segment strategy\nManage, supervise and coach the internal and external stakeholders in a transverse way\nApply Thales process\nModel, follow and improve the financial results on the program by identifying solutions and managing risk and opportunities\nEnsure product safety and compliance with standards and regulations\nWe are looking forward to:\nCivil or industrial engineer, Business School Master Degree, MBA or equivalent by experience\nLanguages: Native French and/or Dutch + Fluent English\n+10 years experience in delivery & operation management for large programs in a high-tech and complex environment\nExperience in hardware and software development projects is a strong asset\nContract and change management experience\nCustomers and subcontractors relationships experience\nVery good relationship and very strong soft skills\nThales is a global technology leader with more than 81,000 employees on five continents.
