The purpose of this position is to lead and manage allocated bids and/or projects in the Land / Protected Vehicles business portfolio.\nDuties will cover all aspects of Bid & Project Management including:\nLeading and managing assembled bid/project teams to meet business objectives.\nEnsuring the project objectives in relation to cost, time, safety and quality are exceeded.\nStrategically leading the development of high quality and competitive bid offers.\nAdherence to and improvement of the Thales Bids & Project Management Governance framework.\nYOUR EXPERIENCE:\nDegree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.\nProven experience in Bid and Project Management activities at a senior level with multi-partners / major co-contractors.\nExperience working with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).\nAbility to lead in an international environment in diverse cultures, multicultural and unstable arena concerning one or several stakeholders.\nProven and effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.\nDESIRED EXPERIENCE\nExperience in leading complex bids and projects across geographies and time zones.\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.\nExperience with Defence ASDEFCON procurement.\nWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY:\nAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
