Solution Customer Service Intern

Solution Customer Service Intern

This position is hybrid model in our Berrini - São Paulo unit.

Position Summary

This position will support the Customer Service and Order Management activities within the MCS Solutions & Services team. Under supervision, the intern will assist in processing customer orders, updating internal systems, and coordinating information between Sales, Project Management, and Finance teams. This role provides exposure to order management processes, customer interaction, and internal business operations, contributing to the development of technical and professional skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assist in checking customer Purchase Orders and supporting data entry into ERP systems.
• Support order tracking activities until invoicing, under supervision.
• Help prepare documentation and materials for project kick-off meetings.
• Support communication and follow-up between Sales, Project Managers, and Finance teams.
• Assist in maintaining updated records in internal systems.
• Participate in meetings to learn about processes and business operations.
• Support basic reporting and administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English.
