More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.CORE MISSION\nOwn and drive the Technical Interface to the customer.\nPre-Sales Support\nProject Management (Customer Project Owner)\nPart of Project Implementation (Specifications, Test-Elements,…)\nTechnical Support\nMain Responsibilities\nCustomer intimacy\nMain interface for technical topics between the customer and DIS/Thales.\nAcquire a good understanding and technical knowledge of the customer card-related solutions (DIS/Thales and competition’s one).\nUnderstand the technical organization at the customer and advice DIS/Thales on how and where to promote the products and solutions.\nDesign and lead Initiatives that have a strategic impact on the business relationship with customers and selected partners.\nPre-Sales\nProactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential card-based Solutions in relation with the BPS/DIS/Thales Product Roadmap.\nWrite the preliminary requirements specification for any customer project.\nResponsible for the technical answers and effort & cost quotes for technical tasks to RFI and RFQ.\nLobby and create customer awareness for BPS products and services.\nProject Management\nTC fulfils the “Customer Project Owner” role by default for all projects with the customer.\nControls the cost and schedules execution of projects.\nInvolve other teams of BPS/DIS (ie. Test cards)\nTechnical Support\nEntry point for any kind of technical issues or questions for the customers related to smart cards and/or BPS Products and Services\nCoordination of fixing issues/bugs which are arising during the usage of BPS Products/Solutions at the Customer with other internal teams, while maintaining the role of single point of contact between the Customer and DIS/Thales.\nDirect support to customers during the Integration and Test Phase of card based projects with DIS/Thales.\nProvides Customers with first-hand information about card-related subjects.\nInternally\nHelp the sales force to understand what solution already exist in DIS/Thales to improve efficiency in developments and create synergies between account teams\nEnsure feedback to the product marketing and technical teams on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of the DIS/Thales products roadmap, in full coordination with the Sales and marketing team.\nAssist the DIS/Thales sales and marketing forces defining and/or positioning existing or new products (including roadmap presentations at the customer).\nProvide ad-hoc expert support and/or training to other TCs.\nProactively share gained knowledge about technical issues, products and processes within the TC-Team and Community.\nProactively reflect currently used processes and tools within the TC-Community and feedback evolution/correction ideas\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.\nAn additional degree in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred\nSkills\nEnglish Fluent - Urdu Fluent\nGood teaming and networking skills\nGood oral and written communication and reporting skills\nStrong Technical Background in fields like: EMV, SmartCards, PKI, Enterprise Security\nExperience\nAt least 3 years working experience in smart card or related technical environment.\nProject Management Experience\nPersonal abilities\nCustomer and business oriented\nGood creative intelligence (design, conceptualisation)\nBe tenacious in the approach to solve problems\nOrganized, rigorous and autonomous\nAbility and Willingness to Travel within Middle-East\nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
