This includes Zero Trust-aligned access, passwordless authentication, fine-grained authorization, identity governance, and AI-driven threat detection. You will identify and validate new product opportunities through proof-of-concepts (POCs), leveraging modern AI tools with strong privacy and compliance guardrails. The role requires leadership, cross-functional influence, and excellent communication to align engineering, product, and stakeholder teams around a cohesive architectural strategy.\n\nDay in the life of Senior Solution Architect:\nPartner with product management and leadership to shape the technical direction and future of the solution.\nResearch industry trends and recommend strategic architectural approaches.\nArchitect and develop scalable, high-quality software using industry-standard, repeatable methodologies.\nDrive solution design aligned with enterprise strategy and architectural best practices.\nMentor architects and developers; review designs and code for alignment with patterns and frameworks.\nIdentify critical architecture components and guide teams in building solutions that enable reliable deployments.\nProduce clear documentation, best practices, and architectural guidance for stakeholders.\nServe as a subject matter expert with strong domain ownership and the ability to influence and educate others.\nDeliver complex integrations and partner engagements with minimal direction, ensuring stakeholder alignment.\nDesign and build distributed applications (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js), including architecture, prototypes, production code, and test frameworks.\nRequirements and Skills:\nDeep experience with Identity & Access Management platforms.\nStrong expertise designing and developing complex software in .NET and/or Java, with flexibility to work across both.\nProficiency with microservices, web applications, modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular), NoSQL and SQL databases.\nSolid understanding of web protocols, architectures, servers, proxies, load balancing, and high-availability patterns.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), distributed systems, and persistence technologies.\nStrong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.\nSkilled in Agile/Scrum, test-driven development, and building resilient, observable systems.\nStrong grounding in REST, JSON, SOAP, and modern integration patterns.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture, and code.\nExcellent debugging abilities and comfort solving complex, multi-layered problems.\nFamiliar with UML, sequence diagrams, and producing architecture blueprints.\nAble to create maintainable, optimized, well-structured code.\nDemonstrated thought leadership (speaking, writing, community involvement).\nStrong communicator with clear leadership abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with NoSQL databases and Elasticsearch.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized architectures.\nAwareness of performance engineering and web security best practices.\nExperience defining NFRs for product-centric development.\nKnowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).\nBackground in
