This role focuses on applying software engineering practices to make ODC applications reliable, scalable, and performant in a cloud-native, production-grade environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs part of the ODC SRE team, you will bridge the gap between application development and operations:\nCloud & DevOps Operations: Support ODC products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on SRE principles, reliability, and automation.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.\nOwnership & Reliability: Drive a \"you build it, you run it\" mindset across systems and application lifecycles.\nTechnical Leadership: Serve as a key technical voice during Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and provide Tier II expertise.\nObservability: Manage real-time system monitoring and continuously improve observability and alerting.\nDeployment & Readiness: Support end-to-end cloud deployments (design, rollout, performance tuning) and lead operational readiness reviews.\nProcess & Support: Guide technical documentation, incident response, SLA compliance, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation: Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.\nExperience: 4+ years in application deployment, system operations, and cloud infrastructure.\nTechnical Proficiency:\nGCP services and Kubernetes (production environments)\nAutomation tools: GitLab, Terraform, Helm\nLinux administration, networking, and HTTP(S) / TCP/IP protocols\nScripting languages: Shell, Python\nMethodologies: Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, system integration, monitoring tools, Agile, and DevOps/SRE principles.\nSoft Skills: \nAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGCP and/or Kubernetes certifications\nExperience in Telecom or eSIM technologies\nFamiliarity with Scrum, incident management, and service delivery frameworks\nWhy Thales?\nMission-Critical Impact: Work on cutting-edge applications used by millions worldwide.\nGlobal Collaboration: Thrive in a global, agile environment where your ideas drive change.\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership across the build-to-run lifecycle.\nCareer Growth: Part of an 80,000-employee global network spanning 68 countries, offering international mobility and career progression.\nLinks & Next Steps\nLearn more about our culture on Atmoskop -
