This includes reviewing existing training packages to ensure they remain fit for purpose, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes and operational effectiveness. A key aspect of the role is maintaining Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for existing staff.\nYou will work closely with the Standards and Compliance Unit, reviewing audit findings and feedback to identify training needs, address knowledge gaps and update training materials accordingly.
