We're a small, collaborative team with high standards for craft, bold creative thinking, and a shared ambition to make something complex feel remarkably simple.\nWe're looking for a Brand Designer to help shape Thatch's next chapter. We've built a product people love, and now we're ready to bring that same ambition to our visual identity. You'll develop creative concepts and bring them to life across web, campaigns, events, print, and more, helping define how people see and experience Thatch.\nWhat you'll do\nShape and evolve Thatch's visual identity, building a distinctive, cohesive brand across every touchpoint.\nDevelop and execute creative concepts across our website, campaigns, digital content, events, print, and more.\nOwn design projects end to end, from early exploration and creative direction through production and launch.\nPartner with Marketing, Product, and Design to translate business goals and complex ideas into compelling creative work.\nPresent and advocate for your ideas, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency.\nCollaborate with external creative partners when needed, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to how we tell our story.\nWhat we are looking for\n3-5 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.\nExperience translating a brand identity into cohesive, high-quality work across digital and physical touchpoints.\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.\nAbility to move quickly, iterate thoughtfully, and deliver polished work.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate across teams.\nComfort with ambiguity, a sense of ownership, and the judgment to know when to challenge the brief.\nExperience we’d be particularly excited about\nMotion design, animation, or video experience.\nAbility to build and ship web experiences using HTML/CSS, Framer, or similar tools.\nExperience using AI tools to explore ideas and improve creative workflows.\nExperience helping a growing company evolve its brand.\nWhat to expect\nWe aim to keep our interview process thoughtful, rigorous, and efficient.
