We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to deliver solutions for solving in-game and internal team challenges\nResponsibilities\nWork with the ITS team to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with the Enterprise AI strategy for streamlining day-to-day operations\n\nDesign and manage the enterprise agentic-AI orchestration platform, keeping UX, security, and governance in mind.\n\nPartner with Publishing, Infra, IT, Legal, and other functions to identify, prioritize, and ship high-value AI capabilities-agents, automations, copilots-from pilot to scale.\n\nBuild and nurture a cross-functional Community of Practice around enterprise AI adoption, including training and enablement.\n\nCollaborate with fellow developers to plan, design, build, and unit-test applications.\n\nRequired Skills\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Dify, n8n, etc.) and orchestration tools (LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, etc.).\n\nFamiliarity with knowledge-search tech: RAG, vector DBs, retrieval-augmented generation. Experience in LLM landscape such as Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Alibaba Qwen-knowing model advantage, token limits, latency, and cost.\n\nExperience in automation and web application development\n\n2+ years of hands-on production experience with TypeScript, Python, or similar AI-related languages.\n\nExperience with the Git version control system.\n\nThrive in a highly collaborative environment involving cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.\n\nStrong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.\n\nFluent in spoken English and Chinese.\n\nPreferred Skills\nHave game development experience.\n\nHave image recognition & XR development experience Experience in mobile client and console platform development.\n\nExperience designing and building enterprise AI applications for production use.\n\nExperience optimizing token cost, such as caching, batching, and cutting the fluff.
