The role involves supporting existing business critical .NET applications while contributing to the development of new solutions built on Java technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, analysts, and project teams to deliver scalable, high quality applications aligned with business and technical requirements.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nWork closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.\nParticipate in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new application features and components.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications across Java and .NET platforms.\nBuild and integrate web services, APIs, modules, and user interfaces using modern web technologies.\nSupport and enhance existing legacy .NET applications while contributing to new Java based projects.\nParticipate actively in project discussions, sprint planning, technical reviews, and development meetings.\nDesign, execute, and document unit, integration, and system testing activities to ensure application quality.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.\nEnsure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining coding standards and best practices.\nPerform application troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support when required.\nPerform other related tasks as when required.\nJob Requirements:\nA Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, IT, Engineering or related field from a recognized university.\nMinimum 4 years of software development experience in object oriented programming.\nHands on experience in Java application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, or similar enterprise frameworks.\nExperience working with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF, or related technologies.\nExperience supporting and enhancing existing .NET based enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of web services, API integration, and microservices architecture.\nExperience with front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.\nExperience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Kendo UI, or equivalent component libraries.\nExperience with relational databases including schema design, SQL development, stored procedures, and performance tuning.\nExperience in unit testing and automated testing practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development best practices.\nUnderstanding of application security, web security principles, and secure coding practices.\nExposure to SharePoint customization or enterprise collaboration platforms will be an advantage.\nExperience working in environments involving both legacy modernization and new application development will be highly preferred.\nHow to Apply: \nReady to join Thatz?
