Knowledge & Skills Required:\nBackend Development: Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java (and the willingness to work across these ecosystems as client needs dictate).\n\nCloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.\n\nSystem Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems, APIs, and database schemas.\n\nSoft Skills Required:\nExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nProactive and organized approach to project management.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.\n\nDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.\n\nAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\n\nStrong documentation skills and attention to detail.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitecture & Project Initiation\nDesign robust system architectures for upcoming client projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.\n\nLaunch projects from scratch, making foundational decisions on tech stacks, project structures, and deployment pipelines.\n\nTranslate ambiguous client business requirements into concrete, production-ready technical roadmaps.\n\nCode & Infrastructure Auditing\nAnalyze and understand existing codebases and legacy infrastructure quickly.\n\nEvaluate cloud infrastructure setups to identify bottlenecks, security risks, or optimization opportunities.\n\nBridge the gap between software development and infrastructure management.\n\nClient Consulting & Internal Integration\nEmbed with our internal MSP team initially to understand our current infrastructure, tooling, and operational workflows.\n\nAct as a technical consultant for clients, joining discovery calls to architect solutions that meet their specific needs.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers as client projects
