Participants will develop foundational skills in customer service, technical support and professional workplace practices within a global software organization.\nKey accountabilities and responsibilities:\nAssist in handling customer support requests and service tickets\n\nLog, track, and document customer issues accurately\n\nSupport triage of cases with guidance from Technical Engineers\n\nEscalate issues appropriately to senior team members\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity\n\nContribute to knowledge base documentation using KCS methodology\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives\n\nSkills to be Developed\nCustomer service & service delivery fundamentals\n\nTechnical troubleshooting basics\n\nProfessional communication skills\n\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking\n\nTime management and task prioritization\n\nEducation / Background\nDiploma, Degree, or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related fields\n\nK-Youth participants with relevant training or certifications are encouraged\n\nLearning Outcomes\nExposure to global SaaS customer support operations\n\nIndustry-standard tools and methodologies\n\nImproved employability and career readiness\n\nWhat are we all about?\nThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
