The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world business planning within a global SaaS environment, while contributing directly to operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, and financial insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Planning\nStrategic planning assistance - Support development of strategic plans, quarterly priorities, and roadmaps.\nManagement reporting - Prepare management decks, updates, and initiative trackers.\nData analysis - Analyse operational and financial data for trends and insights.\nPerformance Tracking & Reporting\nDashboard maintenance - Maintain KPI, project, and utilisation dashboards.\nReporting cycles - Support monthly and quarterly reporting activities.\nData quality - Ensure accuracy and consistency of leadership reporting.\nFinancial & Operational Analysis\nCost & budget analysis - Track costs, budgets, and variances.\nProcurement support - Prepare procurement documentation and validations.\nVendor review - Review vendor quotes and financial projections.\nProject Coordination\nProject tracking - Assist with scheduling and progress tracking.\nRisk & action management - Maintain risk registers and action logs.\nStakeholder coordination - Follow up with cross-functional teams.\nElevate workshop management\nWorkshop planning - Support quarterly Elevate workshop planning and delivery.\nAction tracking - Track outcomes and progress post workshop.\nImplementation support - Assist execution of agreed initiatives.\nWorkforce planning support\nSupport capacity and workforce planning analysis.\nAssist internship and Graduate Academy initiatives.\nTrack workforce and recruitment metrics.\nDocumentation & Process Support\nDocument insights, risks, and recommendations.\nSupport audits and improvement initiatives.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data tools\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nGood communication and stakeholder coordination skills\nWillingness to learn in a fast-paced global SaaS environment\nWhat are we all about?\nThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
