Initially focused on Jira Service Management and associated products (e.g., Assets, Assets Data Manager, Opsgenie), this approach will be adaptable as we expand to other systems in the future. The role involves guiding customers in achieving efficiencies through integration, automation, and ITSM and ESM solutions.\nAs a Senior Technical Consultant, you will also be actively involved in pre-sales activities, solution design, estimates, and proposals, while developing strong client relationships. A critical aspect of this role is being highly autonomous, leading engagements, and growing the practice by contributing to internal initiatives and continuously improving technical expertise.\nWhat we're looking for\nESM/ITSM Solution Consultancy:\nCollaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, leveraging expertise in ITSM and Atlassian products to propose tailored solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on ITSM and ESM best practices using the ITIL framework.\nDevelop high-level architecture and implement the best delivery approaches, adapting solutions when necessary to best fit the client’s needs..\nConfigure advanced technical solutions to meet specific client requirements or complex processes such as Assets Managements, System integrations, task automations.\nSupport the development of the practice through internal initiatives, upskilling, and expanding expertise into emerging products such as ServiceNow.\nSupport pre-sales activities by defining scope, providing estimates, and contributing to high level solution design.\nTravel to client sites as necessary for key meetings and/or events.\nSolution Implementation and Delivery:\nConfigure Atlassian solutions, including portals, request types, workflows, automation, assets schemas, API connectors.\nImplement core ITIL processes such as service requests, incident management, change management, and problem management.\nImplement more advanced ITSM systems, focusing on assets management or event and incident management using tools like Opsgenie and Assets.\nIntegrate Atlassian products with other systems via REST APIs.\nOccasionally manage migrations as part of broader implementation projects.\n What we're looking for\nProven experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Atlassian toolset.\nExcellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to autonomously lead engagements, drive customer relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.\nAbility to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes, embracing new tools and practices as the role progresses.\nKnowledge of ITIL and its application in ITSM and ESM.\nknowledge of PPM systems and key marketplace plugins (e.g., Tempo Suite, Structure/BigPicture, Zephyr/Xray)\nAbility to effectively communicate with stakeholders and present solutions.\nExperience supporting pre-sales, particularly in the early stages of the sales cycle and in fixed-price packaged offerings.\nAbility to thrive in a consulting environment, contributing to business development, securing contracts, and ensuring billability through efficient time management.\nAn ability to think innovatively and creatively to develop innovative solutions and new offerings.\nTeam player and strong collaboration skills.\nSelf-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious.\nDesirable\nExperience with web integration using Rest APIs.\nScripting experience with a language like Groovy or Python.\nPre-sales experience.\nExperience with requirements gathering and analysis.\nExperience within a fast-paced, fast-growth tech start-up environment.\nUnderstanding of non-functional requirements for application scalability, availability, and security.\n Not ticking every box?
