and data systems.\nDeploy, configure, and customize Agency Fund technology platforms to improve partner operations.\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for implementation-related challenges.\nAdapt platform features to meet partner-specific workflows and operational requirements.\nTrain partner staff on technology platforms and strengthen their technical capabilities.\nIdentify product issues and collect structured feedback from field deployments.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to translate field insights into product improvements.\nDocument deployment processes, configurations, and implementation learnings.\n\nRequirements: \n2-5 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technical consulting.\nProficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.\nGood understanding of APIs and system integrations.\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently in ambiguous and low-connectivity environments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience training and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience working in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).\nFamiliarity with mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, CommCare, or ODK.\nExperience with WhatsApp, SMS, or USSD-based systems.\nKnowledge of low-bandwidth technology solutions.\nFamiliarity with languages such as Hindi,
