This hands-on position offers the opportunity to diagnose complex equipment issues, perform emergency repairs, and contribute directly to operational success. Technicians work with advanced production equipment, interpret technical drawings and manuals, and utilize computerized maintenance systems to support reliability and uptime. A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement is essential in this highly skilled maintenance role. This role is perfect for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and making a direct impact on location reliability, safety, and production performance.\nShift/Schedule\nNormal Hours - Monday through Friday 645a-4p\nHarvest Peak Hours (JULY-SEPTEMBER) - Monday through Friday 645a-7p\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, maintain and overhaul production machines and facility equipment\nProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and/or mobile equipment and vehicles, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during service\nPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines\nRead and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform required maintenance and service\nDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments\nPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Maintain computerized preventative maintenance system\nMaintain current and in-depth knowledge of all safety policies and standards related to position.
