This position plans projects from conception to completion, estimating timelines and schedules, anticipating risks and costs, and coordinating project activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide reasonable and cost-effective project and electrical estimates\nDevelop and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of applicable codes and regulations\nEvaluate and identify all equipment, materials and other resources required for physical completion of projects\nOversee the development of layout and detail drawings needed for project management\nProject Management achieving predicted cost, timing, and functional outcome.\nTechnical resource for reviewing existing assets and considered projects, providing the appropriate guidance related to risk and benefit.\nWhat is expected of you and others at this level\nRequires in-depth knowledge and experience\nSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions\nWorks independently; receives minimal guidance\nActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience\nMinimum Qualifications & Skills\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred\n5-10 years’ relevant experience required\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
