These are flexible, fully remote, paid positions that require certain skills, equipment and time commitment.\nWho we are looking for:\n1. VEOs are task-oriented critical thinkers with an eye/ear for accuracy who possess great listening and verbal skills.\n2. VEOs need a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10/11 or a Mac (OS v11 or higher).\n3. Operators need a cell phone to interface with AP’s multifactor authentication security process and for direct communication with the AP staff, as needed.\n4. A second monitor is preferred but not required.\n5. Operators will be paid for time spent for all the following areas of involvement in the General Election:\nOnboarding to the AP’s proprietary election software.\nPre-recorded training sessions to learn AP applications.\nLive training sessions to become proficient in AP processes.\nRehearsal Day on Saturday (approx. 11am-5pm ET).\nElection Night (approx. 6pm-1am ET) and the days after for Extended Tabulation and Verification (if selected and available).\nCompensation:\n$17/hr.
