The Assistant Manager helpsmonitorkey business metrics,assistwith employee coaching and development, and provide leadership and operational support to ensure efficient shop operations and a positive customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport daily shop operations, including financial performance, expenses, inventory, and workflow.\n\nMonitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.\n\nSupervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members to meet performance and customer service expectations.\n\nPartner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management, and policy compliance.\n\nResolve customer concerns andmaintaina high levelof customer satisfaction.\n\nPromote safety compliance andassistwith incident investigations and corrective actions.\n\nHelp ensure the location meets operational, customer service, and businessobjectives.\n\nPartner with the Facility Manager to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, volume, revenue, gross profit, and overall business performance.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired\nHigh school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certificationrequired\n\nValid driver's licenserequired.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience working with automotive or truck systems.\n\nAbility to analyze financial and operational data,identifyopportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions.\n\nProven leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.\n\nStrong communicationskills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, business partners, and leadership.\n\nResults-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and challenging situations.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s Degree preferred.\n\nPrevioussupervisory or management and/or project management experience.\n\nCustomer service and sales experience.\n\nWork Environment:\nThis position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight).\n\nFrequent standing and walking.\n\nNormal or corrected hearing to the level of ability to receive detailed information orally and to accurately understand normal conversations, both in person and on the telephone.\n\nCompensation& Benefits Overview:\nACGcomplies withall applicable state and local lawsregardingrequired benefits (including PTO,paidsick leave,etc.).\nCompensation\nAssistant Facility Managers will earn a competitive annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000 with monthly bonus potential based on performance.
