We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
• Develop creative designs for events, concerts, exhibitions, corporate functions, and brand activations.
• Ensure all designs align with Balmoral Group’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams to deliver design requirements within agreed timelines.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication, printing, and event production.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure accuracy before final delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Keep up with current design trends, tools, and creative industry best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
