fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Graphics Designer \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and social media graphics.\n\n Develop creative designs for events, concerts, exhibitions, corporate functions, and brand activations.\n\n Ensure all designs align with Balmoral Group’s brand identity and visual standards.\n\n Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams to deliver design requirements within agreed timelines.\n\n Prepare artwork for digital publication, printing, and event production.\n\n Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure accuracy before final delivery.\n\n Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\n\n Keep up with current design trends, tools, and creative industry best practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n\n Degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\n\n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.\n\n Strong creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.\n\n Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.\n\n Strong time management and organisational skills.\n\n Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.\n\n A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.\n\nPerformance Expectations:\n\n Timely delivery of assigned design projects.\n\n Quality, creativity, and accuracy of designs.\n\n Compliance with brand guidelines.\n\n Responsiveness to feedback and revisions.\n\n Effective collaboration with internal teams.\n\n Consistency and reliability in meeting
