fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Graphics Designer \n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\nDevelop creative designs for events, concerts, exhibitions, corporate functions, and brand activations.\nKeep up with current design trends, tools, and creative industry best practices.\nEnsure all designs align with Balmoral Group’s brand identity and visual standards.\nMake design revisions based on feedback and ensure accuracy before final delivery.\nCollaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams to deliver design requirements within agreed timelines.\nPrepare artwork for digital publication, printing, and event production.\nDesign marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, and social media graphics.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\n\nStrong time management and organisational skills.\nAbility to interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual designs.\nAbility to work collaboratively and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.\nStrong creativity, visual communication, and attention to detail.\nA portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.\nDegree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\n\nPerformance Expectations:\n\nCompliance with brand guidelines.\nTimely delivery of assigned design projects.\nConsistency and reliability in meeting deadlines.\nEffective collaboration with internal teams.\nQuality, creativity, and accuracy of designs.\nResponsiveness to feedback and revisions.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested
