The role supports business leaders, product owners, operations teams, and technical partners by connecting customer-facingapplications with enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure services. The work is weighted toward backend and integrationdelivery while also requiring practical frontend development capability. Success is measured through reliable releases, maintainable code, secure integrations, responsive user experiences, and timelyresolutions of production issues.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDuties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support secure APIs, services, and integrations using C#, modern .NET, Azure API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and related Azure services so that business systems exchange data reliably. \nBuild and maintainintegrations among Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, web applications, and external systems using reusable APIs, events, workflows, and service components. \nImplement secure authentication, authorization, secret management, logging, and cloud-hosting practices using OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra identity patterns, Azure Key Vault, telemetry, and Application Insights. \nDevelop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web experiences using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and component-based development practices. \nTranslate business requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into pragmatic technical designs and working features that balance maintainability, performance, security, delivery speed, and long-term platform health. \nMonitor and troubleshoot production applications and integrations, complete root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and reduce recurring issues and technical debt. \nUse GitHub and/or Azure DevOps for source control, pull requests, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, work tracking, and documentation to improve release quality and team continuity. \nCollaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, product owners, PMO, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve delivery blockers, document solutions, and continuously improve development practices. \nCORE QUALIFICATIONS\nDemonstrated ability to deliver full-stack web applications through professional work, substantial projects, technical training, military service, community experience, or another relevant path. \nStrong hands-on capability with C#, modern .NET, RESTful APIs, JSON, API security, and Azure-hosted application or integration services. \nAbility to design and troubleshoot integrations with enterprise business systems such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, or comparable CRM/ERP platforms. \nAbility to build API-connected user interfaces using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design practices. \nAbility to review, refactor, test, and document code so that solutions remainsecure, understandable, and supportable. \nMust be authorized towork lawfully in the United States for The Battery Network, with or without sponsorship. \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with Azure services such as API Management, App Services, Functions, Durable Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure SQL. \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant full-stack development, application integration, or Microsoft cloud platform experience; OR 7+ years of equivalent experience preferred. \nExperience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central through APIs, Dataverse, Power Automate, webhooks, events, or middleware patterns. \nExperience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 APIs, Power Platform, Power BI integrations, or Power Pages. \nFamiliarity with Bootstrap, JSON Forms, Liquid templates, Blazor, Entity Framework, SignalR, or other Microsoft web technologies. \nExperience with accessibility, localization, responsive design, cross-browser testing, automated testing, observability, and production support. \nSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERIENCE\nTechnical judgment demonstratedby translating ambiguous business needs into practical options and clearly identifyingdependencies, risks, and trade-offs. \nOwnership demonstratedby following work from design through release and production support, documenting decisions, and resolving issues rather than passing them forward. \nCollaboration demonstratedthrough constructive code reviews, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and reliable follow-through across teams. \nProblem-solving demonstratedthrough structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and improvements that reduce repeat defects or support burden. \nAdaptability and curiosity when priorities, technologies, or business needs change, including willingness to work across backend, integration, frontend, cloud, and support responsibilities. \nDemonstrates a genuine commitment to thriving in a mission-based organization where culture and values are paramount, and where diversity, equity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation are embedded in the way work gets done. \nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThis position is remote based within the United States. Candidates must be able to work from a U.S.-based location and be eligible to work lawfully in the United States for The Battery Network.\nLimited travel (estimated 3-4 times per year) asneeded. Travel could include, but not be limited to, attending conferences, customer meetings, or team/organization-wide meetings.\nStandard work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day. Some roles may require additionalhours during peak periods.
