We need someone who loves hospitality, loves people and loves being in the thick of it. Someone who can walk into a busy site, spot what’s working, spot what isn’t, and get the team moving in the right direction.\nYou’ll be responsible for a minimum of 8 Beefy Boys sites across the South West, working closely with our General Managers and leadership teams to make sure every restaurant delivers the same ridiculously good Beefy Boys experience.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn the operational performance of our South West sites and make sure they’re firing on all cylinders.\nLead, coach and challenge our General Managers and senior teams to be the best they can be.\nMake sure the Beefy Boys standards don’t slip, whether it’s the burgers, the service, the cleanliness or the vibe.\nGet out there and spend time in the restaurants. We want you on the ground, not stuck behind a laptop.\nKeep an eye on the numbers, sales, labour, food costs, wastage, profitability and everything in between.\nSpot problems before they become problems and get stuck into finding solutions.\nBuild great teams, develop future leaders and make sure we’ve got the right people in the right places.\nHelp recruit, train and develop our management teams.\nMake sure our sites are operating safely, legally and to the highest possible standards.\nWork with the senior leadership team to bring new ideas, systems and initiatives to life.\nKeep the Beefy Boys culture alive across every site, great food, great people, great hospitality and absolutely no cutting corners.\nUse customer feedback, data and your own experience to constantly find ways to make things better.\nThe Must-Haves\nWe’re not looking for someone who just has the right job title on their CV. We want someone who has actually done it.\nYou’ll need:\nProven experience overseeing at least 8 hospitality sites.\nExperience as a senior Operations Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar within a high-volume hospitality or restaurant business.\nExperience leading, developing and holding multiple General Managers accountable.\nA strong commercial head, you understand the numbers and know how to turn good operations into a profitable business.\nA track record of maintaining high standards across multiple locations.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment where things can get pretty bloody busy.\nA solid understanding of food safety, health & safety and compliance.\nThe ability to lead from the front, make decisions quickly and not shit yourself when things get tough.\nBrilliant communication skills and the ability to build relationships with everyone from a new starter to a senior manager.\nA genuine passion for developing people and building cracking teams.\nA hands-on approach. You’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.\nThe ability and willingness to travel regularly between our South West sites.\nA full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport.\nAnd most importantly, you give a shit.
