Just bring strong operational instincts, high urgency, and the willingness to put in the work.\nResponsibilities\nScheduling & Planning: Build and maintain detailed operational schedules and labor plans. Coordinate tightly with engineering and business operations leaders. Own timelines and deliverables end-to-end.\nResource Management: Allocate people, equipment, and materials effectively. Continuously track and adjust resource allocation as priorities and constraints shift.\nRisk & Problem Solving: Spot potential conflicts or delays early and drive practical solutions. Build contingency plans and keep stakeholders in the loop.\nCollaboration & Communication: Work directly with engineering and field teams to keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines.
