The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with hands-on experience in managing construction projects across various sites. The role will focus on coordinating project timelines, resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget in a fast paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nManage all field construction activities related to scheduling, labor plans, and coordination with internal teams\nLead daily planning and execution of construction work while ensuring compliance with project schedules and milestones.\nCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to optimize productivity and minimize delays.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.\nConduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of construction activities.\nReview and resolve field issues, RFIs, and constructability challenges with engineering and project leadership.\nSupport project reporting by providing updates on production, manpower, schedule, and project performance.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of construction management experience on General Construction or heavy civil infrastructure projects\nProven experience managing field operations involving excavation, structural concrete, Cross passages, Ramps, earthwork, utilities, retaining structures, bridges, highways, underground construction or oil and gas.\nStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.\nExperience leading large construction crews and subcontractors in demanding project environments.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.\nAbility to work extended hours as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).\nExperience with underground construction, tunneling, shafts, cross passages, access ramps.\nBackground in Design-Build or large infrastructure projects.\nExperience working on complex heavy civil projects\nOSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.\nCulture\nWe're a team of dedicated, smart, and scrappy people.
