Help us to maintain an amazing portfolio of luxury ski chalets and support the wider team in delivering an exceptional level of service to our guests. Please note, candidates for this position must be available to commence work on a full-time basis from the start of November to ensure sufficient training and set-up time prior to the start of the season.\nAs the Maintenance and Logistics Support person, you will be the primary point of contact for the seasonal management teams regarding maintenance issues. You will need to respond in a timely manner to general and emergency maintenance 'callouts' with the intention to resolve issues on site and/or identify the root cause of issues. You will report to the Operations Director who will manage overall Facilities Management. You will proactively visit properties on a weekly basis in order to stay on top of maintenance issues, pre-empting them where possible, as well as provisioning a variety of support to the wider resort operations.\nYou will meet some amazing people, both our guests and of course your colleagues. You will be a support mechanism for the whole team but will also need to work with a high level of autonomy. If you're excited about working in some of the most exclusive properties in the Alps, why not join us in the spectacular surroundings of the French Alps for a season you will never forget?\nMain Responsibilities\nComplete weekly proactive property maintenance checks\nRespond to general and emergency maintenance callouts\nAssist in overseeing pool and spa facilities\nSupport the wider operation logistics e.g, deliveries, team movements, snow clearing, etc.\nBe involved with ongoing vehicle fleet management\nComplete minor maintenance tasks (tighten door handles, change light bulbs, unblock sinks, etc.)\nProduce accurate weekly reports covering various aspects of property and time management\nSkills & Experience\nFull driving licence required; Must be confident driving a minibus in winter conditions\nPrevious winter season experience is highly desirable\nGeneral building/site experience or a training in a trade is advantageous but not essential\nExperience with pool and spa maintenance is advantageous\nCompetent understanding of modern domestic AV systems\nGeneral maintenance experience e.g unlocking sinks, changing light bulbs, tightening door handles\nProblem solving - ability to identify probable root cause of maintenance issues\nFlexibility - able to cope well with varied and changing tasks and environments\nExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills - fluency in English is essential;
