As a dedicated Janitorial Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and inspire our frontline teams to deliver exceptional cleaning standards and operational consistency.\nLead & Support Teams: Interview, hire, train, and mentor supervisory staff and hourly cleaning crew members.\nEnsure Operational Excellence: Conduct regular site inspections, audit work quality, and ensure full compliance with site-specific safety protocols.\nBuild Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility managers, conducting monthly updates on building conditions and work progress.\nManage Resources: Oversee inventory, order cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure all site equipment is maintained in top operating condition.\nAdministrative Oversight: Supervise site timekeeping, audit hourly records, and step in to assist on-site teams when needed to ensure business continuity.\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nExperience: 2–5 years of supervisory or facility management experience (or a 2/4-year degree from an accredited institution).\nLeadership Skills: Strong capability to direct, develop, and inspire team members while managing multiple account locations without dedicated site managers.\nValid Driver’s License: Required to support 50% local day travel across client locations.\nCommunication & Math: Strong verbal and written communication skills;
