We believe in serving our customers with excellence and offering our team members meaningful opportunities for professional growth. \nWhat You’ll Do\nAs our Procurement Systems Administrator, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert driving our Procure-to-Pay platform strategy. In this role, you will:\nManage day-to-day administration of our procurement systems and Coupa platform, optimizing backend workflows, user permissions, and triennial software releases.\nTechnically onboard suppliers, set up punchout catalogs, and guide vendor partners through electronic invoicing procedures within our procurement systems.\nAct as our lead P2P systems administrator, analyzing workflow performance metrics and resolving system-to-accounting bottlenecks between Coupa and NetSuite.\nDevelop SOPs and deliver engaging virtual or live training sessions to empower internal operations teams, branch managers, and external vendors.\nBuild custom reports and track key KPIs using Tableau while supporting secondary operational platforms like Aspire and Expensify.\nWhat You Bring To The Team\nExperience: 5+ years as a Procurement Systems Administrator, P2P Systems Administrator, or Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst.\nCore Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Coupa P2P system administration (backend setup, workflow configuration, catalog/punchout management, and integration knowledge).
