Make history with us.\nShift: 3rd Shift\nPay: $31.30/hour\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facility infrastructure, utility systems, and production support equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and facility systems will help drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe environment for our employees and operations.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO…\nMaintenance & Equipment Reliability\nPerform preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, corrective maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and special projects.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related equipment issues.\nExecute planned and unplanned maintenance activities and accurately document findings using the CMMS system.\nRespond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize downtime.\nFabricate, modify, install, and repair equipment, tools, and facility systems as needed.\nApply root cause analysis (RCA), breakdown failure analysis (BDA), and cause mapping techniques to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.\nUtilize predictive maintenance technologies including:Ultrasound\nThermal Imaging\nOil Analysis\nVibration Analysis\n\nDocument equipment failures and partner with maintenance teams to prevent recurrence.\nFacility & Utility Systems Support\nMaintain and repair facility and utility systems including:Mechanical systems\nElectrical systems\nBuilding systems\nWater heaters and boilers\nSteam systems\nChilled water systems\nElectrical power systems\nCompressed air systems\nNatural gas systems\n\nPerform maintenance and repairs on:HVAC systems\nRefrigeration systems\nInstrumentation systems\nElevator systems\nPumps and motors\nPlumbing systems\nCarpentry-related repairs\nGrounds maintenance\nPainting and facility upkeep\n\nRepair, replace, and rebuild plumbing fixtures, drains, vents, faucets, and toilets.\nPerform basic wallboard installation and repair.\nAssist with inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of:Fire alarm systems\nFire sprinkler systems\nSmoke detectors\nEmergency lighting systems\nExit signage\n\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nFollow all plant and maintenance safety procedures, including:Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)\nArc Flash Safety\nHot Work Permits\nConfined Space Procedures\n\nMaintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, GMP, and applicable company standards.\nProperly use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nHandle hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.\nRead and interpret technical documents, including:Blueprints\nSchematics\nP&IDs\nSingle-line electrical drawings\nMechanical and electrical diagrams\nFactory manuals\n\nContinuous operations.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing mechanical and electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.\nAbility to pass the site-specific maintenance assessment.\nExperience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and P&IDs.\nExperience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nAbility to document maintenance work accurately and utilize computer systems effectively.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.\nAbility to prioritize work and make sound decisions under pressure.\nKnowledge of and commitment to safe work practices.\nAbility to perform physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting, bending, stooping, and extended periods of standing and walking.\nIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)\nTechnical school, vocational training, or college coursework in maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field.\nExperience in a food manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with:HVAC systems\nRefrigeration systems\nPlumbing\nCarpentry\nWelding\nPneumatic systems\nHydraulic systems\nMechanical systems\nElectrical systems\n\nMechanical and/or electrical certifications or licenses.\nExperience utilizing predictive maintenance technologies.\nKnowledge of boiler, steam, chilled water, compressed air, and utility systems.\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills across multiple maintenance disciplines.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment and machinery.\nFrequent exposure to wet and humid conditions.\nOccasional exposure to heights, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and cleaning chemicals.\nModerate noise environment requiring adherence to safety and PPE requirements.\nFrequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.\nIndividual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
