Make history with us.\nWarehouse Process Technician\nBase Rate: $24.20/hour\nShift: Sunday-Thursday, 2:15 p.m.-10:15 p.m., with possible overtime\nStart times and hours may vary based on staffing coverage, production schedules, and holiday needs.\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…\nAs a Warehouse Process Technician, you will help keep warehouse operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. Working under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate day-to-day workflow, support warehouse team members, and ensure products and materials move through receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing processes as expected.\nYou will also serve as an experienced resource on the floor, helping resolve operational issues, train new employees, and maintain warehouse operations when leadership coverage is needed.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO…\nCoordinate warehouse workflow and help assign daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, loading, serving, and manufacturing operations.\nMonitor workflow throughout the shift and, in partnership with Warehouse leadership, assign or reassign team members as operational needs change.\nPerform all Material Handler responsibilities, including picking orders, palletizing, floor loading, labeling, shipping preparation, and loading and unloading trailers.\nReview production schedules and shipping requirements to help ensure customer expectations are met.\nOperate manual and powered industrial material-handling equipment safely.\nSupport multiple shipping methods, including LTL and parcel shipments.\nUse Oracle WMS to assign tasks, release orders and replenishments, pick-confirm orders, dispatch orders, and support cycle counting.\nEnter warehouse transactions using Telnet, Oracle, and computer-based systems.\nReceive materials through the Purchase Order system.\nFollow established procedures for dispatching orders to drivers.\nStart, reboot, and troubleshoot minor scanner-system issues.\nPrepare for and participate in physical inventories, including recording and verifying merchandise counts.\nWork across departments to identify and resolve warehouse and operational issues.\nTrain new employees on warehouse and receiving practices and procedures.\nHelp maintain warehouse operations during a leader’s absence and provide leadership coverage when required.\nFollow Leader Standard Work activities and established company procedures.\nLead by example in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, DOT, and EPA requirements.\nFollow all safety, hygiene, housekeeping, lifting, and personal-protection procedures.\nMaintain clean and unobstructed work areas, aisles, and exits, and properly store supplies and remove waste.\nIdentify and report defective equipment and promptly report job-related injuries to supervision.\nPerform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.\nWHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…\nYou will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other Warehouse leaders, as well as warehouse team members supporting receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing operations.\nBecause this role helps resolve issues across the operation, you will also collaborate with other departments and work directly with drivers and shipping-related partners as needed.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)\nHigh School Diploma or GED and/or at least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to perform warehouse and material-handling responsibilities, including receiving, picking, palletizing, loading, unloading, inventory, and shipping-related tasks.\nAbility to learn and use warehouse technology, including Oracle WMS, Telnet, scanners, and personal computers.\nAbility to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and material-handling equipment.\nAbility to coordinate multiple work activities and adjust priorities based on warehouse and production needs.\nAbility to follow established safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and regulatory procedures.\nAbility to work Sunday-Thursday, 2:15 p.m.-10:15 p.m., with possible overtime and schedule adjustments based on operational needs.\nAbility to work around moving mechanical equipment and in conditions that may include humidity, airborne particles, chemicals, outdoor conditions, and moderate noise.\nAbility to meet the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing, walking, lifting, squatting, twisting, and material handling; continuous hand dexterity and use of hands; and occasional climbing, kneeling, and overhead work.\nAbility to safely handle the lifting and carrying requirements of the position, including materials weighing up to 50 pounds based on the frequency requirements of the job.\nIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)\nPrevious warehouse, distribution, receiving, or shipping experience.\nHands-on experience with Oracle WMS or a comparable warehouse management system.\nExperience coordinating workflow or assigning work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.\nExperience training or onboarding warehouse employees.\nExperience with cycle counting and physical inventory processes.\nFamiliarity with LTL, parcel, palletized, and floor-loaded shipping processes.\nExperience troubleshooting handheld scanners or other warehouse technology.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA, FDA, DOT, and EPA requirements in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.\nIndividual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
