Come meet us and you be the judge.\nWHO WE NEED\nThis position provides support to the General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations. These daily operations include scheduling team members, ensuring appropriate staffing, responding to customer and client inquiries. This position also ensures that each parking location’s operations are performed in a professional and responsive manner while meeting all contractual obligations.\nPromote client relationship development through outstanding communication.\n\nOversee daily activities of parking garages to maximize scheduling and real time utilization of Team Members.\n\nAssist in onboarding, offboarding and performance management of Team Members.\n\nEnsure that operational guidelines, security, cash control and customer service procedures are implemented and adhered to.\n\nRecommend and implement plans or programs to improve safety and other aspects of operations.\n\nAssist in training team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion.\n\nPrepare and conduct operational audits.\n\nEnsure systems are operational twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.\n\nSet and maintain a positive and professional example for the workforce.\n\nDrop, move, and pick up parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs, etc.), as required.\n\nHandle and safeguard cash before, during, and after select events, as required.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nIDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS\nKnowledge of financial reporting and budget responsibility.\n\nStrong MS Office skills.\n\nAbility to lead workforce teams of both professional and front-line employees.\n\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.\n\nExceptional verbal and written communications skills.\n\nAbility to remain driven to ensure the best possible support and customer service.\n\nTime management and prioritization skills.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nA high school diploma or GED.\n\n5+ years management or supervisory experience in customer service\n\nBENEFITS WE OFFER\n18 days of Recharging your Battery (PTO)\n\nPaid Parental Leave\n\nVolunteer Time Off (VTO)\n\nPaid holidays\n\nBereavement\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision\n\nFlexible and health spending accounts\n\nShort term disability\n\nCritical illness and accident benefits\n\nLife insurance, tuition reimbursement\n\n401(k) and more are available to eligible Team Members\n\nThere’s also the opportunity to work with a genuinely awesome team of co-workers\n\nProfessionalism, mutual respect, and a sense of humor are traits we value and exhibit.
