The role is also responsible for collection of past due accounts, maintaining cash receipts and escalating accounts to supervisor as needed.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManage A/R portfolio of supplier chargebacks resulting from pricing and membership agreements, including:\nCollection of open balances\nDispute resolution\nMaintain DSO within department guidelines\nIdentify Bad and Risky DebtAnalyze data to determine root cause of chargeback discrepancies\nCollaborate cross functionally to correct and resubmit chargeback claims\nPost Vendor payments against open Accounts Receivable\nPrepare End of Month reports\nPrepare and process account adjustments according to department guidelines\nConduct vendor conference calls to ensure contract compliance\nAbility to review and understand complex supplier agreements\n\nManage supplier and internal audits, and special reporting/projects as requested\nEscalates issues to management in a timely mannerWorks collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements\nMentors, trains, and supports team members\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred\nModern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) required\nAt least 2 years relevant work experience in B2B collections with heavy reconciliation\nUnderstanding of Accounting principles\nKnowledge of supplier contracts and chargebacks preferred\nMicrosoft Office including, intermediate Excel skills, use of advanced formulas, pivot tables\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nAbility to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines\nExperience analyzing data required\nIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 59,700 - 99,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.\nThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.\nAt The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
