Administrative Assistant - Evernorth - Onsite
The Administrative Assistant supports the Revenue Cycle team by processing billing-related activities, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing. This role works closely with internal partners and plays a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting Home Infusion and Nursing billing operations.
What you’ll do to make a difference:
- Understand and support third-party billing processes.
- Triage incoming correspondence and process claims received via mail or fax.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of billing activities.
- Meet established quality assurance benchmarks and productivity standards.
- Process Home Infusion and Nursing claims.
- Identify billing trends and communicate with business partners on a regular basis.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Experience with HCN 360 and/or CPR+ preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
