JOB PURPOSE\nThe Job holder is responsible to develop and implement software application, software\ncomponents and unit test. They collaborate with teams to set specifications, write high quality code, conduct testing, and troubleshoot applications.\n2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nDeveloping and implementing software applications, software components and unit tests.\nImplementing new features based on business requirements.\nWorking closely with other developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and QA Team.\nDeveloping and maintaining quality & scalable software products, documentations.\nTest software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.\nGather and evaluate user feedback.\nTroubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software.\nAssisting in enhancing existing software components and adding new features.\nProvide timely updates to the Technical Team Lead and Software development Manager.\nRegular involvement in the support tickets from the Business Team.\n3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nGraduation/Post Graduation in Software Engineering/Computer Applications/Computer\nScience/Data Engineering.\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in application development domain.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capability.\nExcellent understanding of software design and programming principles.\nIn-depth understanding of modern software development technologies like .Net 6, Angular, JQuery, Blazor.\nGood command in programming languages C# and PL/SQL is a must.\nGood familiarity with SQL Developer, Toad, SQL Management Studio is preferred.\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.\n4. COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS\nThe job holder interacts with all Departments within NNHS and other service providers. He/ She must ensure seamless communication between all departments for the smooth operations and to achieve the organizational objective. He/ She must be able to foster strong internal & external communication standards.\n5.OPERATING ENVIRONMENT\nHe/she works in an air-conditioned environment and spends most of the day at desk. The Jobholder’s working hours are flexible as per weekly schedule within the boundaries of the UAE labor law.
