This is a hands-on role for a strong analyst who can also build practical data ingestion and transformation processes and develop fit-for-purpose web applications that replace manual tracking and fragmented workflows.\nIn this role, the Business Analytics Advisor works from priorities and requirements established by the Product Owner, then translates those needs into reliable datasets, analyses, reporting solutions, and digital tools. The role partners closely with Learning, Knowledge Management, Operational Excellence, Operations, and technology teams to improve learner readiness, knowledge effectiveness, and operational performance.\nThis is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in select geographies. MO.\nAnalytics & Data Analysis\nLeverage data to answer business questions related to learning, readiness, knowledge utilization, adoption, and operational performance\nCombine learning, workforce, quality, knowledge, and operational data to identify trends, drivers, gaps, and opportunities\nDevelop analyses that connect learning experiences and knowledge usage to downstream outcomes such as proficiency, quality, customer experience, handle time, and escalation behavior\nDefine, calculate, validate, and document metrics that support learner journeys, cohort comparisons, readiness applications, forms, or workflow tools that replace manual processes used to group employees, track learning activity, capture readiness information, or manage other operational data\nTranslate Product Owner-defined requirements into simple, usable solutions with appropriate data storage, business rules, validation, and output\nPrototype quickly, test with end users, and refine solutions based on usability, data quality, and business value\nIdentify recurring manual activity that can be standardized, automated, or digitized without introducing unnecessary complexity\nPartner with technology, engineering, security, and platform teams when a solution requires enterprise integration, production support, or capabilities beyond a lightweight application\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with the Product Owner, Learning, Knowledge Management, Operational Excellence, Operations, and analytics partners to deliver prioritized solutions\nParticipate in planning, refinement, testing, demonstrations, and release activities using an Agile delivery approach\nExplain technical choices, data limitations, and analytical results in straightforward business language\nBalance speed and practicality with appropriate standards for security, governance, data quality, and maintainability\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience\nThree or more years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, process automation, or related discipline\nStrong SQL skills, including joins, common table expressions, subqueries, aggregations, and data validation\nExperience using Python or another scripting language for data preparation, automation, or application development\nExperience building or supporting ETL processes, repeatable data pipelines, and analytics-ready datasets\nExperience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Databricks, PySpark, cloud data platforms, or enterprise-scale databases\nFamiliarity with APIs, version control, testing practices, and deployment or release processes\nExperience working with learning management, knowledge management, workforce, quality, contact center, or operational performance data\nExperience building lightweight internal web applications, forms, or workflow solutions using frameworks or platforms such as Streamlit, Dash, Flask, Power Apps, or comparable tools\nExperience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy benefit management, or another regulated environment\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery models and work management tools least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic
