Position Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager within Global Workplace Programs (GWP), you serve as a strategic partner to business and functional leaders, representing the full breadth of GWP capabilities and connecting business and workforce priorities to workplace, location, real estate, and service solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s business strategy, workforce plans, operating requirements, and emerging needs, translating them into actionable GWP strategies that deliver measurable enterprise value. You will work across the full GWP portfolio, including portfolio strategy and planning, workplace and occupancy strategy, transactions, workplace design and construction, project and capital delivery, facilities management, and workplace experience.
