About the Role

This role exists to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better business decisions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, contributing to reporting and analytics solutions while supporting the organization’s transition toward cloud-based architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver dashboards and reports that help stakeholders understand performance, trends, and opportunities
• Enable reliable decision-making by designing data models that ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability
• Strengthen trust in data by ensuring reporting and analytics solutions are dependable and well-governed
• Support the availability and reliability of data through effective management of ETL processes
• Contribute to the evolution of analytics platforms by supporting the move toward cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate across teams to align analytics outputs with business needs and changing priorities

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in Business Intelligence environments
• Proven experience designing and developing dashboards and reports for business users using Power BI, QlikView or other data visualization tools
• Strong experience with SQL and data modelling for reporting and analytics
• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow work through to completion

• Clear and practical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset, with persistence in delivering outcomes in time-sensitive situations
• Adaptability and learning agility in environments where priorities and tools may evolve
• Collaborative approach when working across teams and functions

Technical / Functional Skills

• Advanced SQL skills
• Data modeling for analytics and reporting
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and QlikView
• ETL processes within SQL Server environments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS services such as Redshift, S3, or Glue
• Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning concepts
• Interest in emerging technologies, including generative AI
• Experience in healthcare services industry
